Restore your purchase
Tap Restore Purchases on the unlock screen, or open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases there, signed in to the Apple Account you bought with. You do not need to buy again.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Report a bug
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened. It helps to include your device (for example iPhone 16 or iPad Air), your iOS version and, if it fits, a screenshot. The round number and your charms help too.
Your data
There is no account and no cloud save, so there is nothing to reset on our side. The only outside record is the anonymous purchase check at RevenueCat. Read the privacy policy for details.
